A Reiki distance healing is sent to you at a specific time and day agreed in advance between us.You will benefit from Reiki the most when you are relaxed. You can lie or be in a comfortable place and put some soothing music and may be light a candle.This method of receiving Reiki is ideal for those who are unable to get an appointment to see me, or finding distance or mobility a problem. As with all forms of Reiki treatment this method is excellent to just de-stress or relax especially if you are going through difficult times.If you are feeling your energy drained, a session should be sufficient to revitalise and balance your energies of all your chakras.
